About Gabrielle

Gabrielle Cebuliak, M.A.C.P., M.Ed., Registered Psychologist

Welcome — I’m really glad you’re here.

I'm pleased to share with you some of my experience that might help you determine whether we are a good fit to work together.

I live and work in Calgary, Alberta. I have worked within hospital, community and within educational settings (e.g., such as within school boards) in both rural and urban contexts, supporting schools and families with understanding their students' learning needs. I have also served communities throughout NWT, offering ongoing counselling support in communities within various regions.

Services/Specialties:

  • Counselling training was completed through Yorkville University's Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.

  • Specialized training in child psychology for formal assessments, including psychoeducational assessments, was completed through the University of Calgary's Master of Education in School and Applied Child Psychology.

I offer in‑person psychoeducational assessments in Calgary, Alberta and virtual or phone counselling for residents of Alberta (NIHB approved provider), NWT, or Nunavut.  Some assessment services are available virtually (which means you might be located in Alberta, NWT, or Nunavut). Please contact me directly to discuss your needs.

Psychoeducational assessments are designed to help you better understand how you or your child learn, think, and process information. Some assessment services may be available virtually, please contact me to discuss your needs. Assessments can be helpful for understanding learning differences, attention concerns, or academic challenges, and for guiding practical recommendations at school, work, or in daily life. My goal is for the assessment process to feel respectful, collaborative, and empowering—leaving you with a clearer understanding of yourself/your child and meaningful suggestions to enhance one's learning journey.

My counselling work is grounded in warmth, empathy, and collaboration. I support individuals through challenging or stressful times, as well as periods of transition, growth, and change. I believe that every person brings unique strengths, and my role is to help you better understand and build on those strengths.

  • Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology
  • Master of Education in School and Applied Child Psychology
  • Registered Psychologist in Alberta (5251), Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
  • Specialized training in both assessment and counselling
